I bought these seats on Ebay a while back.  The cost of them was quite cheaper than quality aftermarket seats, but I was low on funds, and my stock seats were ripped to shreds, so it was time for an upgrade.  I had to make custom 1/4" steel brackets for them to fit, which also allowed me to set the height of my seat to allow me to fit into my car better (I'm 6'5" tall).  These did the trick perfectly.
